Order of Eastern Star, Prince Hall Affiliation, Oklahoma Jurisdiction Worldwide, there are over 500,000 members.

The Order of the Eastern Star is the largest fraternal organization in the world to which both women and men may belong. Eastern Star is a social order comprised of persons with spiritual values, but it is not a religion. Its appeal rests in the true beauty of the refreshing and character-building lessons that are so sincerely portrayed in its ritualistic work. A deep fraternal bond exists between

its members. It is the wholesome relationship of sisterly and brotherly love brought about through high principles exemplified in our lives which makes us near and dear to each other. While this is an Order composed of people of deep spiritual convictions, it is open to all faiths, except no faith. The personal welfare of our members is vital to all of those in the Eastern Star, and it is considered a privilege to help another member whenever we can.

For the entire month of April, Levi G Smith #100 is sponsoring a blood drive to help Faith Conway, daughter of our beautiful member Miranda Conway. Below is a message and information on how you can assist. Please contact the representative from the Oklahoma Blood Institute listed in this post:

For those of you who have been asking how you can help; well, here is just one way you can!

A patient credit account has been set up for Faith Conway with Our Blood Institute for those interested in helping out with Our Blood Institute’s blood inventory.

Your donation will NOT go directly to her, so blood type and donation type are not specific to just her needs and any and all types of blood and donations are welcome.

Please let the staff know when you go to donate that this is a credit for Faith Conway so appropriate paperwork can be completed electronically or manually.

If you would like to donate, you will need to call 1-877-340-8777 to make your donation appointment or schedule here: https://bit.ly/3VP4JYw. Appointments are preferred. Walk-ins will be managed as schedule allows.

If you are outside of Our Blood Institute (Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas Blood Institute & Coffee Memorial Blood Center) area and would like to credit your donation to a patient, you will need to coordinate this effort with your local blood bank.
