Oklahoma Emergency Responders Assistance Program OKERAP is a non-profit organization that was established after the model of SCLEAP (South Carolina Law Enforcement Assistance Program.)

OKLEAP/ERAP is a non-profit organization that was established after the Post Critical Incident Seminar (PCIS) model that has been used by the Federal Bureau of Investigations since 1985. OKLEAP mission is to to ensure that those who serve and protect the citizens of Oklahoma are never alone. That our First Responders and their families have the help and resources to deal with critical incidents that they are exposed to on and off of their jobs. The trauma on our First Responders is not only felt by them but also by those they work around as well as their loved ones. This program was established so that their are resources to these men and women at no cost to them, their families or their departments. Trauma that our first Responders experience comes in a variety of ways throughout their careers both on and off the job. OKERAP has made it our mission that they never are alone!
