In May, tennis legend Billie Jean King, 82, received her college degree in history from Cal State LA. This came 65 years after she had first started taking classes at the school. “It’s never too late, whatever age you are, whatever your abilities are – go for it if you want it,” she said after the ceremony. She is the first in her immediate family to graduate from college.
