For the past four weeks at Rose State College, Stephanie, the Assistant Director of the ONIE Project, led cooking classes for residents, showing how healthy meals can be simple, affordable, and tasty. She shared meal planning ideas, money-saving tips, and practical kitchen tricks that made cooking feel easier.

We are happy these classes helped residents pick up skills they can use every day. 💚
