The evening was filled with fun, inspiration, laughter, and a beautiful sense of community. A special shoutout to Jenifer Reynolds for absolutely knocking it out of the park as our MC and to the Skirvin for being the perfect venue for such a memorable celebration!

Our hearts are full today as we reflect on the rich history of our agency and the many generous supporters who stand with us in our mission to build strong families, healthy children, and brighter futures. Thank you for celebrating with us and for helping make our 30th Annual Melody Lane Gala one to remember! ✨

We’re kicking off Black Breastfeeding Week with a full week of celebrating, supporting, and pouring back into our community and we have something special planned EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

Here’s how it’ll work:

✨ Giveaway opens at 10 AM
✨ Entries close at 10 PM that same day
✨ The winner will be announced the following morning
✨ Then at 10 AM… we do it all over again!

Throughout the week, we’ll be highlighting and partnering with some incredible Black-owned businesses and businesses of color who are helping us celebrate and give back to the moms and families in our community.

This week is about more than giveaways. It’s about community, connection, support, and celebrating Black motherhood and breastfeeding.

And we’re bringing it all together Saturday, August 29 at Chicken N Pickle for our Black Breastfeeding Week celebration! 🤎

So turn on those notifications, check our page every morning at 10 AM, and stay tuned because you’re going to want to see what we have coming!

Although our focus in August is preparing our students to return to school, ALL who need help with laundry, are hungry, need socks or just a hug are welcome.
