🕯️ Magical Tool Spotlight

One of the most versatile tools in any practice is also one of the simplest: a journal.

Whether you use it as a Book of Shadows, a dream journal, or a place to record tarot readings and moon observations, it's a wonderful way to document your journey.

📖 Do you keep a magical journal?

🌀 The choice has been made. You choose the spiral.

You place one foot onto the stone.

For a moment, nothing happens.

Then the spiral beneath your foot begins to turn.

Slowly at first.

Once.

Twice.

The black water around the pillar starts moving with it, curling inward until the entire pool is rotating beneath you.

You look toward the opposite bank.

It’s getting farther away.

No—

you are.

The trees stretch upward. The moonlight disappears. The stone drops beneath the surface, carrying you down into the black water.

You brace for the cold.

It never comes.

Instead, your feet touch dry earth.

You open your eyes.

You are standing in the same forest.

The same pool lies before you.

The same four stones rise from the water.

But something is wrong.

There is someone standing on the opposite bank.

You.

Your other self stares across the water at you.

Then slowly raises one hand.

There is something written across their palm:

YOU HAVE BEEN HERE BEFORE.

Behind you, a branch snaps.

You turn.

There is no one there.

But the path you came from is gone.

In its place are three openings between the trees.

Through the first, you hear laughter—familiar enough to make your chest tighten, though you can’t remember whose it is.

Through the second comes the unmistakable sound of someone crying.

The third is completely silent.

Across the pool, the other you shakes their head.

“You chose this before,” they call.

“Choose differently.”

You stare at the three paths.

The problem is, you don’t remember which one you chose.

What do you do?

🌿 A. Follow the familiar laughter
💧 B. Follow the sound of someone crying
🌑 C. Take the silent path

🌙 Sunday Reflection

Nature reminds us that growth doesn't always happen where everyone can see it.

Sometimes the most meaningful changes are the quiet ones—the lessons learned, the confidence gained, or the peace you've slowly found.

🌱 What's one way you've grown recently?
