Aftercare for conference drop - my way. I hope you are all taking care of yourself. I spent the day at Whitaker Point / Hawksbill Crag in Arkansas. It’s a 3 mile hike. Once I got there I sat in the sun, ate a snack, meditated, burned and incense, and did a tarot reading. Truly an awesome day. Now I’m ready to return to the muggles!
