💙🩵💙 First NeuroFit Wellness Session Done!

Our first ever session of NeuroFit Wellness in partnership with AutismOklahoma was filled movement, smiles, new connections, and empowerment through play!

Neurodivergent adults explored sensory conscious fitness activities, warmed up to a Playlist they helped create during registration, and built confidence in a supportive environment.

Seeing individuals be willing and excited to try something new, celebrate each other's success, and enjoy being active in a way that works for them is exactly why we created NeuroFit. Every participant brought their own strengths, energy, and personality. We loved every moment!

Fitness should be accessible, enjoyable, and creative for every body!

✨Remembering the Why

There’s something powerful about witnessing neurodivergent youth step into something new. Not with the pressure to do everything as planned, but with the possibility to do it their way. The joy in their expression, the freedom to move in their own way, and the comfort of an accessible and supportive space stay with us long after the moment passes.

These moments aren’t small. They’re everything. They remind us why trying to be more inclusive matters, why access matters, and why every body deserves the chance to belong, move, and thrive on their own terms.

The process of program expansion and improvement is so important to ensure an engaging experience for participants, and we thank you for being supportive and patient!

In order to ensure participants have extra support and guidance, we need more volunteers for our SkateAbility program starting June 10th! This program enables youth of all abilities to experience the joy of skateboarding using modified skateboards and adapted instruction.
