They each have their own unique personalities, but one thing they have in common is that they’re well-socialized with people and other pets and ready to find their forever homes! 🏡

This little girl is about 12 weeks old and is an absolute LOVE BUG. ❤️ She's a tiny purr machine with legs! If there’s affection being handed out, Kiwi would like to be first in line, please and thank you. ☺️

She LOVES attention, loves being loved on, and has the sweetest little personality. But don’t let all that snuggling fool you… she’s still a kitten! She loves to play, explore, and get into all the normal kitten shenanigans before coming right back for more cuddles!

Goose was on the loose…but NOT ANYMORE, because HE GOT ADOPTED 🎉😂🐾
He has packed his bags and ditched this joint.... moving into his FOREVER HOME! 🏡❤️

Goose came into our lives unexpectedly and wasted ZERO time making himself comfortable. 😂 He brought the big personality, goofy antics, snuggles, and managed to convince everyone that he is, in fact, the main character. 🌟 His plan worked. 😏

Because, YEP, now he has a mama of his VERY OWN! 🥹❤️
Our silly little dude landed exactly where he was supposed to!

LOOK AT JESS!🥹❤️‍🩹

The first photo is Jesse at the shelter. The rest are Jesse now. It’s hard to believe we’re looking at the same dog.

At the shelter, Jesse was terrified. She pancaked herself to the floor, cowered in the corner and was afraid of human touch. She was shut down, underweight and just trying to make herself as small as possible.

Now?

She is slowly putting on weight and we’re getting to meet the dog underneath all that fear. ❤️

Her foster dad says she craves attention and affection. She loves playing fetch (though right now she's only allowed to fetch a rolling ball since she's still physically so fragile).
She’s relaxed in the house and has decided that wherever her person goes, she goes too. 😂 Personal space? Never heard of her.

Seeing her feel safe enough to let her personality come out is pretty incredible.

She's still taking things one step at a time. Our first priority is getting some healthy weight back on her. Once she’s in a better place physically, Jesse will need a full medical work-up, including bloodwork, vaccines, microchip and her spay.

So this $5 Friday is dedicated to ❤️ JESS ❤️

🐾 Please Give a Big Welcome to Winslow! 🐾

Everyone, meet Winslow! 💙 He’s officially new to rescue, and we couldn’t be happier to have this handsome boy with us!

Winslow is 4 years old, playful, friendly, and full of personality. He would do best in a home with no children under 12 where he can settle in and be his happy, playful self. 🥰

And can we talk about his extra toes?! 🐾😍 Winslow is a polydactyl boy, which means he has some adorable bonus toes to go along with his already big personality!

He’s just getting settled into rescue, so stay tuned as we get to know him even better. But one thing is already clear, Winslow is pretty special. ❤️

💛 HAPPY TAILS TO SUNNY… NOW GOLDIE! It was love at first sight for Goldie’s new mom, and this sweet girl is already settling beautifully into her new life. 🥹❤️ Goldie is currently undergoing heartworm treatment, which is being covered by the rescue. We’re so thankful her diagnosis didn’t stand in the way of her happy ending and even more thrilled that she’ll have her forever family by her side during treatment. 🐶💕

Congratulations, Goldie! Here’s to a healthy future and so many happy years ahead. 💛🐾

Yesterday, she had a deadline. Today, she gets a future. ❤️

We'll never know what this girl experienced, or the series of events that lead to her becoming the dog in this photo.

What we do know is that she had been surviving on her own for a very very long time. By the time she was finally caught, she was painfully thin and extremely afraid. Not aggressive. Not mean. Just scared... and doing what she’d learned to do to survive.

And, after making it through all of that, her life came down to a deadline, and just a number on a euthanasia list.

Yesterday, that changed.

We pulled her, and for the first time in who knows how long, this girl doesn’t have to worry about the harsh summer heat, where she’ll sleep, where her next meal will come from, or whether she needs to run. She can just… be.

She’s settling in beautifully so far, and we’re not in any hurry to decide who she is, based on who she had to be while she was surviving. She has all the time she needs.

Time to feel safe.
Time to get healthy.
Time to learn that people can be good.
And time to show us who she really is.
We have a feeling there’s a pretty incredible girl underneath all that uncertainty.
And we get to watch her find herself. ❤️🐾
