🤲 Help Us Welcome Him Home

Alhamdulillah, one of our brothers is preparing for reentry, and we’re asking our community to help us welcome him home with dignity, hope, and care.

We’re collecting new:
👟 Men’s shoes (Size 11)
👕 XL shirts
👖 Pants (36×34)
🧦 Socks
🩲 Undergarments

A fresh start begins with knowing someone cares. Every donation helps restore confidence, dignity, and hope as our brother takes his first steps home.

If you’d like to donate any of these items, please send us a DM. Together, we can help make his transition home a little easier, in shā’ Allāh.

💚 Please share this post to help us reach someone who can give. Every act of kindness makes a difference.

Alhamdulillah! 🤲

Please join us in welcoming two amazing brothers to the Muslim Prison Support team!

These dedicated volunteers are now approved to serve inside the correctional facilities we visit, bringing encouragement, hope, and the message that our incarcerated brothers and sisters are never forgotten.

To everyone behind the walls: We are praying for you, believing in you, and committed to walking alongside you. Allah’s mercy is greater than any past, and every new day is an opportunity to draw closer to Him.

Please make du’a for our new volunteers as they begin this important work. May Allah accept their efforts and benefit everyone they meet. Ameen. 🤲

A Heartfelt Thank You to Our OKC Sisters 💜

Today, our newest reentry sister received this beautiful care box as she begins a new chapter of life with her new family. As you can imagine, stepping into a fresh start can be both exciting and overwhelming. Receiving a thoughtful gift filled with everyday essentials is so much more than receiving supplies. It is receiving love, encouragement, dignity, and the reminder that she is not walking this journey alone.

To our amazing OKC Sisters, thank you for your generosity, thoughtfulness, and kindness. Your willingness to give speaks volumes and creates a tangible expression of hope for women rebuilding their lives. Every item in this care box represents a community that believes in second chances and brighter tomorrows.

May your kindness be returned to you many times over. Thank you for helping us welcome our newest sister with open hearts and loving support. 💕✨

This weekend at HMCC was truly something special. 🌙✨

We gathered with our brothers around a table full of goodness — fresh fish, grilled chicken and vegetables, rice, hummus and bread, salad, sweet treats, and refreshing tea. Every dish told a story of care, generosity, and shared joy.

The space carried a beautiful Eid atmosphere, with a tablescape that felt warm, welcoming, and full of meaning. It wasn’t just a meal — it was fellowship, dignity, and community in action.

To our incredible donors: thank you. Because of you, moments like this are possible. On behalf of the men and women we serve, we pray you are abundantly rewarded for your generosity. 💛

🌙✨ Eid Mubarak 2026 ✨🌙

On this blessed occasion, we extend our heartfelt prayers for peace, healing, and renewed hope in every heart.

From the Volunteers of Oklahoma Muslim Prison Support, we honor the strength, dignity, and faith of those we serve. May this Eid bring light where there has been darkness, comfort where there has been hardship, and unity where there is distance.

You are not forgotten. You are not alone.

All praise is due to Allah.

Charles “Sonny” Burton will live.

By the power of Allah, hearts can be turned toward mercy. Today we witnessed that mercy unfold as Alabama Governor Kay Ivey commuted the death sentence of Charles “Sonny” Burton.

What once stood at the edge of death has been given life. What once seemed certain has been changed by the power of prayer, faith, and perseverance.

During this Month of Mercy, we are reminded that Allah is the Turner of hearts and that compassion can prevail even in the most difficult moments.

A life spared.
A future reclaimed.

We give thanks to Allah and gratitude to all who prayed, advocated, and stood in faith for mercy.
