235 years ago, September 17, 1787, the U.S. Constitution was signed!

As the last delegates were signing the document, Benjamin Franklin pointed toward the sun on the back of the convention president's chair and said "I have often ... in the course of the session ... looked at that sun behind the President without being able to tell whether it was rising or setting. But now at length, I have the happiness to know it is a rising and not a setting sun."

We believe that Benjamin Franklin couldn't have been more correct. This signing of the U.S. Constitution was the rise of something extraordinary, unlike anything the world had seen before. This document has been a blessing to not only America but the whole human race!
