Something new is happening at the Music Lab, and you don't want to miss it. Join us for our very FIRST monthly Low Light Mini Concert on Friday July 31st at 6:30pm! Local artist Santiago opens, with Last-Minute Legends taking center stage as our headliner. Both will utilize our unique instruments in NewView's Music Lab! What we often romanticize as simpler living was, in many ways, naturally regulating for the mind and body—your grandmother’s daily routines weren’t labeled as “wellness practices,” but they worked just the same.

Watching birds offered gentle mental engagement that soothed attention, hanging laundry created rhythmic, repetitive motion that calmed the nervous system, and feeling the wind on the skin anchored awareness in the present moment.

These small, sensory-rich activities acted as built-in stress relievers, quietly balancing emotions without effort or intention.

In contrast, modern life has stripped many of these moments away, replacing them with constant stimulation, which is why we now have to consciously recreate these grounding experiences to restore the same sense of calm and connection.

The Spring dance contest is back!!

Grab your partner and C'Mon out to show off your best moves!! We will be giving out over $4000 in cash and prizes!

Registration will begin at 7:00 on the dot!
We will have a preliminary round starting around 8:30 and then finals starting around 10:30.

There will be a Traditional (One foot must stay on the ground at all times) and a Freestyle (anything goes) competition.

Finals will last about 20-30 mins and it will be business as usual the rest of the night.
