Jen, Jessica, and I recently attended the Women in DSO leadership conference. While there, we were anxiously writing the names of every book mentioned, fully knowing the closest we would get to reading the book was our writing of the title. Thus birthed the idea to start a book club to encourage and empower each other. We want to share this journey with other like-minded women, so we are inviting you into "the club."

The first rule of book club is: There are no rules in book club! Just kidding, there are some rules.
1. Read. We hope that you read the book. We are wives, moms, and professionals, so we get that it's hard to set aside time for ourselves, but we want you to share your thoughts and perspectives of the book.
2. Respect. Show respect for each other's journey. We are at different ages and stages of life and have so much to learn from each other.
3. Relationship. This club aims to create relationships and mentorships that will take us to the next step in our professional journey!
