The Supporting Minorities with Disabilities Coalition stands in the belief that true freedom includes people of all abilities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. We see and support Black families navigating unique challenges, and we are committed to building a community where every individual is valued, empowered, and not alone.
We stand on the shoulders of powerful leaders like Fannie Lou Hamer, Brad Lomax, Lois Curtis, Haben Girma, Vilissa Thompson, and Leroy Moore Jr. Their stories remind us that disability justice is part of freedom’s legacy.

Join us tomorrow at the Juneteenth M&A Festival at Washington park! At 12:30 we will share a bit about our coalition and enjoy an amazing performance by JJ Richardson "Take Me To The King"!

Our coalition is so proud to be part of something so meaningful. We had the honor of being interviewed by Channel 9 News for the Elevation Fashion Show autism segment, highlighting what inclusion and acceptance can look like in our community. We are so proud of our models and grateful for the opportunity to uplift autistic voices and families.

Nothing about us without us.🤎

Thank you to Teairra Jackson for representing Sooner SUCCESS and our Supporting Minorities with Disabilities Coalition so well.
