Trinity School OKC We educate students with learning differences, each according to their specific needs, and we do it in a supportive and encouraging environment.

A foundational belief of Trinity School is that active learning is fundamental to the full development of a child’s potential. Active learning occurs most effectively in settings that provide developmentally appropriate learning opportunities designed to strengthen and extend the cognitive, physical, and emotional development of all students. Classrooms are environments where students engage in educationally important learning tasks by participating in developmentally appropriate key experiences; where students and teachers form active learning partnerships to support the students’ development; and where students are supported as they engage in important social relations with other students and adults. Our school promotes independent thinking, active learning, a “can-do” attitude, and active, inquisitive imaginations in students. While students develop these attributes at different rates and in varying degrees, Trinity’s instructional approaches are designed to foster self-confidence and social competence in all students—skills that are necessary to function in today’s society, where lifelong education, on-the-job training, teamwork, and problem solving are increasingly important.

Our Tiger is waving goodbye - just for a few days.
Fall Break is here, Tigers. There is no school on Thursday, Friday, and Monday - October 15, 16, and 19.

Slow mornings, time with family, fresh air, maybe a good book or two - rest is part of growing, too. We hope these days refill your hearts and bring you back curious and ready for what is next.

We will see our Tigers back on Tuesday, October 20. Enjoy every minute of Fall Break!

Helping More Tigers Rise

Every year, more families discover Trinity School with one simple hope: finding a place where their child is understood, supported, and empowered to succeed.

As Oklahoma City’s only school dedicated exclusively to students with learning differences, Trinity serves families across nine Oklahoma counties. With enrollment consistently growing by approximately 20% annually, the demand for our specialized education continues to rise.

Thanks to this growth and the generous $100,000 Yass Prize semifinalist award, Trinity was able to make a transformational investment in our students’ futures by establishing a dedicated K-3 Center for our youngest learners. This expansion provides an environment intentionally designed for early intervention while opening additional classroom space at our main campus, creating 70 new student seats across K-12.

But with growth comes greater responsibility. Trinity’s individualized approach requires specialized educators, evidence-based interventions, small class sizes, and resources designed around each student’s unique learning needs. As we welcome more students, the gap between tuition revenue and the true cost of providing this exceptional education continues to grow.

That is why our 2026-2027 TIGERS RISE Annual Fund goal is $100,000. Your generosity helps bridge this growing gap, ensuring that as Trinity expands, we never compromise the individualized instruction, specialized support, and encouraging environment that allow our students to thrive.

Tuesday - THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT! Future careers, futuristic characters, neon, metallics, and space-age looks.

You saw their ribbons - now meet the artists behind them! 🎨🏆

A few weeks ago, we celebrated our Trinity artists at the 2026 Oklahoma State Fair. Today, they are back - proudly holding the winning pieces themselves.

Every one of these pieces began with a teacher who designs learning around the learner. In Mrs. DeGrechie’s art classes, students explore, take creative risks, and discover what they are capable of. That is whole-child education in action - when students feel understood, supported, and empowered, success follows, in art and far beyond it.
