The Pancake Breakfast and Young Eagles Rally will begin shortly, and we appreciate you taking a moment to review the operational details below.
Event Schedule
This event is held every 4th Saturday from March through October, with the exception of July.

Pancake Breakfast: 0800–1000
Adults: $10
Children: $5
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, and Venmo
Young Eagles Flight Operations
Registration: Opens on the 1st of each month for that month’s rally (e.g., March registration opens March 1, April registration opens April 1, and so on).
Check‑In Times:
Time Slot 1: 0845
Time Slot 2: 0945
Returning Participants: Please bring your Young Eagles logbook with your name clearly written inside and present it during check‑in, NOT after the flight.
Weather and Flight Status
Flight operations are weather‑dependent. If conditions are not suitable for safe flying, the rally will be canceled either the evening prior or by 0700 on the morning of the event.
Confirmation Procedures
A confirmation email will be sent a few days before the rally. Please respond promptly to confirm or cancel your slot.
If no response is received, a follow‑up message will be sent the night before.
**If we still do not receive confirmation, your child’s spot will be released to allow another participant the opportunity to fly.**
