🌟 COLLEGE & CAREER READY: Connecting Culture and Future!🌟

Yesterday, our NASS high schoolers had an incredible day of exploration, connection, and opportunity at the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Department of Education Citizen Potawatomi Nation College and Career Fair! 🎓✨

We took outstanding students from Classen SAS @ NE and Southeast High School to explore a wide variety of pathways, meeting directly with:

Colleges & Universities 🏫
Military representatives 🪖
Local employers and job programs 💼
Community resources 📊

But the most meaningful part of the day? Many of our students' own tribes were in attendance, giving our youth a direct opportunity to get connected with tribal representatives and learn about specialized tribal resources! 🪶

Our NASS College and Career field trips are intentionally geared toward connecting students with their culture and showcasing the heritage-rich resources they can use during or after high school. We know that when our youth are culturally grounded, they are empowered to succeed and lead.

If you have a student who is starting to plan their next steps after high school, we are here to support you!

For help with college prep, scholarships, or career resources, email our College and Career Specialist, Marcus Harman, at [email protected] or reach out to your school's NASS Advisor!
