Now that our first Hawkshop has happened, we are truly thankful for all of our volunteers that came and helped today. We couldn't do what we do without yall. We do have some policy changes happening with this that we will relay on another post.

🎃👻🍭🍫🍬 With that behind us we can Now focus on our 3rd annual Trunk or Treat that is 2 weeks away. Everyone mark your calendars and get those costumesu ready. October 23rd will be here before we know it. We are still taking registrations for vehicles that would like to participate. Just send us your car information through our email or send us a message on here. Either way we will mark you down. Our goal is to fill the whole parking lot with cool cars with amazing fun trunk decorations and a game if you so choose. We do ask that you provide atleast a couple of bags of candy for yourself and your Trunk. We are working on getting donations of candy from outside as well. We will also be seeking candy donations if you don't feel like having a trunk to over see. Be on the look out for more information on Trunk or treat. 👻🎃🍬🍫🍭

A reminder: We still have boxes of chocolate out that have not been paid. Lets get those in so we can keep up the fun stuff at the school. Thank you again for helping make our school fun and amazing!

🍫 WF Chocolate Ends Today! 🍫

It's now time to turn in all money.
We are unable to accept unsold chocolate bars—all boxes issued must be paid for ($80). Please make sure your student’s name is clearly marked on the money envelope before sending it in.

📣 Parent-Teacher Conferences are just around the corner, and our teachers will be working extra-long days to support our students. To show our gratitude for everything they do, we are providing dinner for them at the school—and we need your help to make it happen!

In accordance with Putnam City School District’s updated policy on pre-packaged foods, we are asking that all contributed items be store-bought or store-prepared.

All items must be brought to the school main office no later than 12:00 PM on Monday, October 12th.

Reminder, our 1st PTO meeting is today at 4, at the Harvest Hills Park. After the meeting you can find us at our table at Game Night. We'll be selling past years yearbooks and t-shirts. We'll have cash/check and Cheddar Up (online) payment options. Hope to see everyone tonight!!❤️🦅

🍫 This is our last full week of chocolate sales. We have a lot of boxes out. We are so close to reaching our fundraiser goals! Let’s make this final week count—reach out to family, friends, and neighbors to help us cross the finish line.

Money will need to be turned in next Tuesday, 10/6. Every single bar sold makes a huge difference for our school. Let’s finish strong, Hawks! 🦅❤️

We hope to see everyone at our 1st PTO meeting tomorrow, 9/29, at 4, at Harvest Hills Park, right next to the school. We will meet at the double table pavilion. 🙂

❤️🦅 Our first PTO meeting is coming up September 29th, at 4PM, before Game Night. It will be at the Harvest Hills Park, next to the school. We will meet at the double table pavilion.

As a reminder, parents who included the $8 PTO fee on their order sheet are official voting members for the year. Your fee grants you voting rights on meeting agenda items, funding proposals, and sponsored activities.

We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you at our meeting!

Also, we will also have a garage sale table set up at Game Night, and will be selling past years shirts and yearbooks.

Hi parents! We are still looking for some volunteers for our first Hawk Shop on October 9th. We have 2 different time schedules available, morning 8-11:15, and afternoon 11:15-2:30.
