🌿 Support a Westlake HOA Eagle Scout Project! 🦅

Westlake Homeowners’ Association is proud to support one of our own!

Patrick Russell, a lifelong Westlake HOA resident who was raised in our neighborhood, is working toward achieving the rank of Eagle Scout by completing his Westlake HOA Conservation Project.

Patrick, along with members of his Scout troop, will be cleaning our neighborhood waterway, planting flowers, and helping reduce litter and soil erosion to preserve and beautify our community for years to come.

As part of his Eagle Scout leadership project, Patrick is responsible for raising the funds needed to make this vision a reality.

Project Goal: $1,400
Raised So Far: Over $500

Every donation—large or small—will help improve our neighborhood and support a young leader dedicated to serving the Westlake community.

Dear OKC Westlake HOA Residents,

As you may or may not be aware, a significant amount of litter from upstream has accumulated in our greenbelt, particularly along the west side of the creek. This will be our third cleanup event of the year.

We are fortunate to have volunteers from OKC Beautiful joining us this time to help restore the area. If you would like to help protect our local wildlife and improve the greenbelt, please join us this Saturday morning at 9:00 AM.

Our monthly community cleanups are an opportunity to get involved in the community and benefit our environment! A different location every month, and a great opportunity to make friends and give back. We provide service hours for work, school, etc.

Notice to Westlake HOA Homeowners and Members: A recent incident involving a vehicle colliding with the stone wall at the MacArthur entrance has been noticed. The debris resulting from the impact has been cleared by my team of grandchildren and I to ensure uninterrupted landscaping services in the area by our HOA landscaping vendor, Arrowhead.

If anyone has information regarding the vehicle involved, please contact us. I will also be reaching out to the Hefner Police Department to determine if a report was filed. This effort aims to facilitate filing a claim with the responsible party's insurance.

Area maintenance and repair of the wall and surrounding area are Westlake HOA's responsibility, according to historical research conducted with the City of OKC.

Westlake HOA’s Saturday Morning Sweep partnership with the City of OKC!!!

Please plan to join us for our next Saturday Morning Sweep! We partner with the City of OKC every year for this event! They provide us with a HUGE commercial dumpster free of charge to clean up any areas of our HOA that need to be cleaned up!

A mailing of the notice along with the required Volunteer Waiver Form required by the City of OKC is being mailed to all homes in our HOA from our HOA management office.
