Looks like a great place to pick up a bike!

*1:50PM update: there’s only about 30 (of 400+) bikes left and are in need of repairs*

The bikes have arrived for our annual sale tomorrow! Bikes will be $40 each and available 9am - 3:30pm on May 28 and again for our regular Friday public sale. (Thursday JUST bikes will be for sale)

Looking for just a part? Bring your tools, as scrap parts will be $1/lb

Great trip to Greater Lansing Food Bank this morning. Picked up about 450 pounds of food. Lots of good free choices for us today. We were able to get 2 of what we call “mystery boxes” that had great snacks in them including crackers, breakfast bars, fruit cups and a few sweet treats. The staff we work with Deanna and Andy are awesome!

Okemos Community Church suggests to its congregation that during Lent Outward Giving be observed. Each week different food items re collected for the food pantry. This week we collected 26 packages of macaroni/pasta and 18 boxes of spaghetti! Thank you OCC!

We were happy to have Mila join us last week. She is a National Honor Society student . NHS students must volunteer in their community. Mila did a great job!

Needling or know someone in need of baby food? We have had a lot donated recently and not many of our pantry neighbors need it. Please let us know if you are interested here on the post or send a message.

A little Valentines love for our volunteers yesterday. Chocolate is always a good choice!

We have a dedicated group of volunteers who do everything from picking up food, stocking shelves, and serving our pantry neighbors on Wednesday. We are grateful for each and everyone who supports the pantry.
