Shared Services Network of Okeechobee The mission of the Shared Services Network of Okeechobee County is to involve community leaders in supporting children and families.

Founded in 1997 the Shared Services Network is not an entity, rather it is a way of work that supports and enables focused collaboration between decision makers, service providers, and families. The goal of the Shared Services Network is to improve student achievement through collaborative community effort. It is designed to meet diverse needs of children and their families through the best use of

community resources. Most importantly, it links the school district with support and social services agencies to accommodate efficient delivery of services.
