As previously shared, the Advancement Foundation for the Okanogan County Fairgrounds (AFOCF) auction fundraiser was a tremendous success thanks to you.

But the future of the Okanogan County Fairgrounds is not guaranteed. Especially given the current budgetary constraints. Without continued strong community support, this treasured gathering place could face an uncertain future.

By joining the AFOCF, you become part of the solution—helping preserve, improve, and sustain the fairgrounds for youth, families, agriculture, and community events. Your membership matters. Join us today and help keep our fairgrounds open and thriving for generations to come.

🫶🏻Thank you to our incredible community!

Because of the generosity of our sponsors, donors, volunteers, attendees, and the amazing partnership with Rotary, our collaboration was an incredible success.

Together, we raised $39,515!

As part of our partnership, Rotary will retain $10,000 from the event's proceeds, and we are thrilled our share of $29,515 will be transferred to the Foundation to support projects that enhance and preserve our fairgrounds for years to come. This includes $6,300 for our Call for Cash supporting the replacement of the AgriPlex doors! Thank you all for answering the call!

This achievement belongs to every person who purchased a ticket, donated an auction item, volunteered their time, sponsored the event, or simply showed up to support our mission. Your generosity is making a lasting investment in our community.

We are truly grateful for your continued support and belief in what we are building together. We can't wait to share updates as these funds are put to work improving our fairgrounds.

Thank you for making a difference; we couldn't do it without you! We sincerely hope you will join the AFOCF as members or serve on the Board, this is your money, your fairgrounds, your chance to help it be invested into it wisely. We’ve just proven what communities coming together can do!
