White Sands Toastmasters Club 702

Due to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and desiring to take all precautions for the safety of our fellow Toastmasters and citizens, Whitesands Toastmasters club 702 will be suspending all in person meetings until further notice.

Normally, in person clubs in a District cannot conduct a meetings exclusively online. However, the Toastmasters International Board of Directors granted permission for all clubs to temporarily conduct meetings online.

Therefore, for the remainder of March and possibly all of April Whitesands is planning on having digital/online meetings. With that being said, your executive committee is working on setting those up.

Also, to provide added support to our members and clubs, the Board of Directors has extended the April renewals due date to April 30, 2020.

Your Leadership Team appreciates your patience as we work through these challenges together.
