It's hard to believe it's already the Monday after conference.
Just one week ago, negotiators from across, and outside, the state were arriving, reconnecting with friends, meeting new faces, and picking up right where we left off after a year apart. The conversations, the laughs, the training, and the memories made remind us why FAHN is so special.
While we're already missing our FAHN family, the work doesn't stop when the conference ends. Great negotiators never stop learning. The skills we rely on in critical moments are built through continuous training, practice, and a commitment to always getting better.
Take what you learned, share it with your teams, sharpen your skills, and keep growing. Before we know it, we'll all be together again.
