What is Transpersonal Psychology?
Transpersonal Psychology is a branch of psychology that integrates the study of the soul; thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with the spiritual search. It explores the levels of Consciousness that transcend the personality, allowing a direct connection with the profound Essence of the human being.
Within this framework, the transpersonal experience is presented as a fundamental tool for knowing oneself in depth. It allows one to observe and comprehend the interior dynamics of the psyche from a broader perspective, facilitating the integration of these understandings in a concrete and practical way in daily life.

This approach is proposed as a true antidote to suffering, fears, anxiety, and conflicts. By orienting the therapeutic and human work toward the Center in the Being, the individual not only addresses their symptoms, but recovers their fundamental equilibrium. In this way, they transform their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors into an opportunity to awaken and integrate a deeper Consciousness.

Pneuma offers an innovative cartography for navigating these states of expanded Consciousness. It is not only a process of personal growth, but a path of total integration between psyche, body, and spirit. Through this model, the distinct levels of Consciousness can be lived, recognized, and integrated into everyday life.

🐚 We are delighted to share with you some long-awaited and joyful news: We are going to India!

From January 6 to 16, 2026, in one of the main monasteries of His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama in South India, a course by Juan Ruiz Naupari will take place, uniting two schools:

- The profound Buddhist teaching on the Bodhisattva path.
- Contemporary transpersonal methods of inner work through Pneuma Therapy.

📖Course Content:

✨Lectures by Juan Ruiz Naupari in Spanish, English, and Russian language.

✨6 therapeutic Pneuma Breathwork sessions dedicated to the transpersonal analysis of each of the virtues (pāramitās).

✨+ 2 additional Pneuma Breathwork practices together with the monks.

✨Group Vajravidaran ceremony to remove obstacles and accumulated negativity.

✨Meditations in the main temple of the monastery.

✨Accommodation in an authentic monastery of His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama.

✨Meals during the retreat will be prepared by the monks themselves.

✨Group transfer from Hubli Airport to the monastery and back.
