The Oilton Historical Society & Museum is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the heritage and history of the people and stories of Oilton, Oklahoma. A story of progress from lawlessness and political turmoil to a decent, friendly little city that is loved and respected by its citizens. It is well said, "Each development of civilization presupposes that something has happene

d before." The heritage of the past is the seed of a great harvest, and we want to reacquaint our people with that heritage. The museum will provide generations and opportunity to come back home and see a display of the joys and struggles that have built and preserved this unique Oklahoman community. - Kathy Dupee, President

We'd like to say thank you to the men responsible for this excellent installation of a flag pole in front of our porch. The Stars and Stripes now fly proudly above the Museum!
