Friends of Oil Creek State Park Our volunteers work to maintain trails, assist with environmental and cultural programs, and promote activities within the park.

Friends of Oil Creek State Park works to preserve, protect, and interpret Oil Creek State Park's natural environment, and cultural heritage while providing recreational, and educational opportunities for residents and visitors to the Oil Region. The Friends of Oil Creek State Park (FOCSP) through, membership, grants, and donations provide funding to the park for activities and projects that are no

t financially supported by DCNR. We provide financial support for the Over the Hill Gang which provides the maintenance for the Gerard Hiking Trail. The FOCSP is a chapter of the PA Parks and Forests Foundation (PPFF). PPFF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that works to develop resources which complement the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR). Friends of Oil Creek mailing address:
