WORDinWORKout WEDNESDAY: [Memorize scripture with movement]
Have you ever climbed (or even driven up) a mountain? Inevitably, there are bumps, hard places, and blind spots along the way, right?? Often times, there are also look-out points where you can stop, rest, and even take a break to enjoy the view.
These look-out points can be compared to the "secret place" where we can find the LORD "YHVH" to enjoy His perspective of the mountains in our lives. When we stop to seek Him, He gives us abiding peace along with the provision we need to make it to the top of our mountains. Better yet, the satisfaction and triumph when we finally make it!
To apply this lesson today, let's do mountain climbers and tower praise pose while reciting God's Word to change our bodies on a cellular level and better prepare for roads ahead.
2 sets 3 times through the words:
Mountain Climbers = tribulation (read summary)
Tower Praise Pose = Peace (read verse)
SET #1 > VERSE SUMMARY (Recite along with me while doing Mountain Climbers)
JESUS
SAID

IN ME

I'VE OVERCOME
THE WORLD
SET #2 > VERSE (Recite verse 3X through while standing in Tower Praise Pose)
"I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33 ESV
