Founded in 1887, the Ogden-Weber Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing business and community prosperity in northern Utah. Based in Ogden, the Chamber represents 700+ organizations in 15 cities and several unincorporated areas in Weber County. Community Rules of Engagement:

Thank you to everyone who attended our workshop on Customer Loyalty this morning!

Through Anna Stariha, we discussed how a bad interaction can harm a business more than a good interaction can benefit you. This is because people eventually forget the service but they never forget how you made them feel. Genuineness is what creates connections and what causes loyalty.

We had the opportunity to go to iSmash Roy and celebrate their grand opening with a ribbon cutting!

iSmash is a great place for friends and family to have fun. they are the only ismash in the country with a jet fighter simulation, and the simulation has haptic seats so you can feel everything that happens to your fighter jet.

They also have a splatter and spin paint room where the paint is machine washable, as well of course the rage and smash rooms.

iSmash in Roy has been in the making for a year and a half, and dan is so excited and passionate about this place! Come check it out!

After two years in Wyoming being restored by Vintage Rail Restoration, the Utah Merci Car has finally returned back to Ogden Union Station.

The Utah Merci Car was gifted in 1949 from France as a gesture of thanks for the U.S. "Friendship Train". The "Friendship train" was more than 700 boxcar loads of food, clothes, and other supplies sent to France and Italy by the American people after World War II.

You can go see the Utah Merci Car at Union Station right now with an official welcoming Ceremony on July 4th! Come celebrate this amazing piece of history!

A new Ogden Poet Laureate Is Chosen For A 2-year Term!

Ogden City Arts is excited to announce that the Ogden City Arts Advisory Committee has selected Sunni Brown Wilkinson to represent the literary arts in Ogden. She will serve a two-year term with an option of a second term to follow.

Yet another fantastic Business After Hours last night hosted by Jo Jo Bowls and Boba!

Jo Jo Bowls, named after co-owner Marieta Denan's daughter, has been open for 4 years. Originally from Indonesia, Marieta received an opportunity to start an eatery of her own when she moved to Ogden and decided to open her own teriyaki bowl restaurant.

Marieta pulled from her experience working in different restaurants to create delicious and unique combinations of food and sauces! Her favorite thing about being a business owner is all the customers and the community that Ogden provides.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night, we hope you enjoyed yourselves and will come to our next business after hours event!

Congratulations Xfinity for their newest store in Harrisville! Located across the parking lot to the east of Walmart.

This store is managed by Bridge and is their 8th store in Utah, 28th in the Mountain West Region and 149th in their portfolio.

Swoop brought the energy to the ribbon cutting. Although, I hear Waldo eats birds... At least Xfinity bleeds purple!
