National Health Center Week’s Population Focus Day shines a light on the people and communities we serve.

This year, Midtown staff volunteered at the Lantern House homeless shelter, home to Midtown's Hope Clinic. Since opening in 2015, our Hope Clinic has supported individuals and families experiencing homelessness by providing comprehensive medical, pediatric, dental, behavioral health, and medication assistance services.

At Midtown, we are committed to opening doors to a healthier community through compassionate, affordable, quality care.
