The Kier Corporation hides behind their attorney, who backs up their lies of doing everything that was required of them under our contract, with threats of defamation lawsuits because of what appears on this page, and on the Blog at: http://thepeeryapartments.blogspot.com and on Youtube at http://www.YouTube.com/PeeryApartments Check these sites out... you won't believe what you see, hear, and read. If the Kier Corporation and their attorney have such a problem with the content I post on the internet about what they did to my property, all they need to do is produce evidence that proves any of it wrong, and I will happily remove the disproved content, AND publicly apologize to them. Until that day comes, as many people as I can get to listen, will hear of how Kier Management breached almost every paragraph of our contract together, and about how they fraudulently opened bank accounts in my name without my permission, mismanaged and damaged my property, made illegal repairs that placed their tenants lives and the lives of their own employees at serious risk.
