Nominations are now open for the Horse Volunteer of the Year!

Help us recognize an outstanding volunteer who has gone above and beyond to support the Weber County 4-H Horse Program and our 4-H members. Registration for the Horse Awards Night on October 6 is now open in ZSuite!

Dinner will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by the Awards Program at 6:00 p.m. Dinner is optional and costs $7 per person. If you plan to join us for dinner, please be sure to register in ZSuite by September 28.

In honor of the 25th anniversary of September 11, Join us for a service day in recognizing those who work at the Weber County Correctional Facility. Regsiter on ZSuite to reserve your spot.

3pm meet at the 4-H office to assemble thank you kits for officers

6pm meet at the Weber County Correctional Facility (370 26th Street) to meet the Special Action Team and learn about careers in law enforcement

Space is limited, so registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We're very excited to host our first youth meat judging camp! We hope many of you can make plans to be in Laramie with us Oct. 3 - 5!

This is open to all youth, no matter where you call home.

We also welcome any teams preparing for National 4-H and FFA to join us for camp or the contest at the camp's conclusion on the 5th.

Keep an eye out for more details and registration in the coming weeks.

Join us for a hands-on day at Utah State University exploring careers in agriculture, food science, and culinary arts while learning how to reduce food waste every step of the way!

🚜 Tour the Caine Dairy, South Farm, Harvest Facility, research gardens, food science labs, and more. 🍽️ Collect fresh ingredients throughout the day. 👨‍🍳 Finish by preparing and enjoying your own meal in USU's teaching kitchens!

Camp ages: 12-18. We will accept a 10/11-year old with a parent/guardian in attendance.

Bring a lunch.

$70 -This will include a take home drone.

Will earn TRUST certificate, which is required to fly any type of drone outside.

Parents are invited to come at 3:00pm to enjoy the activities!

This camp is all about hands-on activities that help ‘spark’ aviation in the lives of the youth. We also like to focus on drones being tools, not toys. Explore drone careers for the future and of course Drone jousting!

Weber County 4-H and Weber Jr. Livestock rely on amazing volunteers to help make fair week a success. Volunteers are needed throughout the week, with our greatest need during the Weber Jr. Livestock Auction. If you have a few hours to give, we'd love your help! Sign up today and be part of supporting our hardworking youth exhibitors.

The Weber Jr. Livestock Auction Superintendents are looking for 4-H and FFA youth volunteers (grades 7-12) to assist during the Livestock Auction on Saturday, August 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Volunteers are asked to sign up for 2-hour shifts and will help with tasks such as running bid numbers and delivering paperwork to buyers.

This is a great opportunity to serve, learn more about the auction process, and support your fellow 4-H and FFA members.

As a thank-you for volunteering, you will receive:
A Weber County Fair volunteer t-shirt
One fair admission ticket

These items will need to be picked up the week BEFORE fair from the 4-H office (M-F, 8am-5pm).
