Details for the vaccination clinic at Lantern House, Tuesday, August 24th from 11am - 1pm in the Lantern House Kitchen are found below. They will have Pfizer Vaccine for anyone over the age of 12.

All participants experiencing homelessness will receive a $20.00 gift card to Common Cents, 7/11, or Maverick.

This event is also available to community members.

Friday is National SEL Day! Ogden School District is dedicated to ensuring all student, families, and staff get quality Social Emotional Support. Please join us on Friday for access to SEL resources and meaningful conversations.

Attach you can find our application form for COVID Assistance. Project Success has funds to support housing and utility payment assistance, food and medical support including free flu vaccines. Our primary target is to address disparities in the Black Community, other request will be reviewed on a case by case basis based on fund availability.

A quick note about applying for assistance:
If requesting housing assistance, please have your landlord/mortgage holder to fill out pages 2 & 3. If your application is approved, the payment will be made directly to them.
If requesting utility assistance, please send (scan or photo) a copy of the bill to us. If your application is approved, the payment will be made directly to the company.
If requesting food assistance, please notify us immediately as that can be processed the same day.
