Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Grand Opening of our new Open-Air Pavilion. Seeing so many neighbors, families, and friends come together to celebrate was truly inspiring. We hope you enjoyed the evening and had the opportunity to experience this wonderful new gathering space that will serve our community for generations to come.

One of the promises we made from the very beginning was to create a space that every resident of our community could access and enjoy. It truly warmed our hearts to see people using wheelchairs, motorized scooters, and other mobility devices comfortably enjoying the Pavilion and restroom facilities. Moments like those remind us why this project was so important.

This project represents countless hours of planning, collaboration, and dedication from individuals who shared a common vision: creating a place where our community can gather, celebrate milestones, enjoy special events, and strengthen the connections that make Ogden Dunes such a special place to call home. Seeing the Pavilion filled with laughter, conversation, and community spirit made every hour of effort worthwhile.

As we look ahead, we are excited about the many opportunities this space will provide for future events, activities, and gatherings. The Pavilion is more than just a structure—it is an investment in our community and a place where memories will be made for years to come.

These efforts are made possible in large part through the support of our HOA members. While annual membership is voluntary, member participation plays a vital role in helping us maintain community amenities, support special projects, and continue investing in initiatives that enhance life in Ogden Dunes.

If you are not currently a member, we encourage you to consider joining and becoming part of these ongoing efforts. Together, we can continue building a strong, vibrant, and connected community.

Thank you again for helping make this milestone so memorable. We look forward to seeing you at the Pavilion for many years to come!

All hands on deck! 🙌 Saturday - join us at the soccer field to assist with set up for the Pavilion Grand Opening. Many chairs and tables need to be set, light cleaning, and general "get this party started" help! C'mon down any time starting at 8am!! We are fired up for tomorrow night, let's do this! 🤩💥🪩🕺

We’re looking for a few extra helping hands for pavilion prep and event support this week! Perfect for teens, anyone needing community service hours, or if you simply want to help make this event a success for our community. 😊

Help needed with:
• Moving picnic tables
• General event prep & setup
• Last-minute organizing

📍 SATURDAY – GRAND OPENING EVENT
Volunteers needed to assist with:
• Parking guidance
• Light cleanup/resetting
• Helping direct guests
• General event support throughout the evening

The countdown is on for the Grand Opening of our new Pavilion at Kratz Field — and we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone this Saturday from 6:00 PM – 10:00ish… RAIN OR SHINE!!

Didn’t RSVP? JOIN US!
Food service will be available only for the 500 guests who RSVP’d in advance, but everyone is welcome to come enjoy the music, fireworks, cash bar, and celebration!

Party on Wayne, Party on Garth!!!

We are unbelievably excited to share that 498 guests have already RSVP’d for the Pavilion Grand Opening! Due to event budget and capacity limitations, attendance is currently capped at 500 guests. At this time, we unfortunately cannot accommodate guests without a confirmed RSVP.

The incredible support from our community has been truly amazing. We are currently seeking additional event sponsors to help expand capacity and welcome even more guests to this special celebration.

We're thrilled to celebrate the official GRAND OPENING of our Open Air Pavilion @ Kratz Field - our beautiful new gathering space where memories are made, connections are strengthened, and good times are always on the agenda. Come experience the charm, elegance, and energy that make The Pavilion the perfect place for every occasion.

Enjoy a delicious PIG ROAST, refreshing drinks from our CASH BAR and an incredible night of music with our DJ to keep the party going. Hit the dance floor, mingle with friends, old and new-and soak in the excitement. As the night comes to a close, we'll light up the sky with a spectacular FIREWORKS display you won't want to miss!

This is our way of saying thank you to the community for your support. Admission is free with an RSVP-simply reserve your spot and join us for this unforgettable celebration! Not able to RSVP? No problem-admission is $20 per person at the door. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
