Ogallala Rotary Club

Last Thursday, we had a great meeting at Ogallala Rotary!

We were honored to welcome our new City Manager, Tell Jensen, who shared his vision for Ogallala and gave us an update on the projects and initiatives he has been working on. We appreciate his leadership and look forward to seeing his vision for our community come to life!

It was also wonderful to welcome special guests, fellow Rotarian Mike Miller from Colorado and Keith County Commissioner Corey Crandall.

Thank you to everyone who joined us! It’s always great to bring community leaders and friends together through Rotary. 💙💛

🎣 Great food, great fellowship, and even better company!

Last week, the Ogallala Rotary Club had so much fun gathering at Hooks for our Rotary Social!

We had over 30 people join us for a wonderful evening of fellowship, laughter, and delicious food. It was a great opportunity to relax, connect, and enjoy time together outside of our regular meetings. Also nice to meet a fellow Rotarian from Colorado.

Rotary is about serving our community, building meaningful connections, and of course—having fun along the way!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a great evening. We can’t wait for our next Rotary Social! 💙💛

Tomorrow, we’ll hear from our very own Dawn Haney with the Keith County Chamber!

Dawn will give us a closer look at the Chamber’s Member Info Hub and how businesses and organizations can use it to get the word out about what they have going on throughout Keith County.

She’ll walk us through how Chamber members can:
📅 Submit events to the community calendar
📢 Share business news and announcements
💼 Post local job openings
🏷️ Promote sales, specials and Hot Deals
🏢 Update their business or organization listing

It’s a great opportunity to learn more about the resources available through the Chamber and how we can all help promote the businesses, organizations and events that make our community great!

🌟 A Wonderful time at Ogallala Rotary! 🌟

We had a wonderful Rotary meeting last Thursday and were excited to officially meet our Rotary Youth Exchange student, Arttu, from Finland! 🇫🇮 We are so happy to welcome him to Ogallala and our Rotary family. We can’t wait for all the memories, friendships, and cultural experiences ahead!

Our guest speaker was Kate Wright with the Keith County Chamber Leadership Class. It was great learning more about this program and how it helps local professionals grow their leadership skills, build relationships, learn more about our community, and make valuable connections with others.

We are grateful for the opportunity to learn, connect, and continue building a stronger community together. ❤️💙

Welcome to Ogallala, Arttu! We’re so glad you’re here! 🇫🇮🇺🇸
