🚀 Astronaut Nicole Stott captivated a packed theater at Starkey Ranch Library today! 🌎✨

She shared fascinating stories from her time aboard the International Space Station, giving attendees a glimpse into life in space. 🛰️👩‍🚀 Nicole also encouraged us to think of ourselves as “crewmates” on Earth—working together to protect and care for our shared home. 🌍💙🤝

Thank you Chris Eaton for the very helpful talk tonight on Self Care & Wellness at Starkey Ranch Library! Patrons got practical take-home tips to help with life's emotionally challenging moments, with special focus on those in caregiving roles.

Chris is the co-owner of Trinity Yoga and is currently working on his PhD in Theology as well. A great resource!
