Always Able, Inc a non-for-profit founded by Vietnam Veteran Joe Monroe and his son Joseph Monroe II. Just like we have an advocate in Jesus Christ to our Father, Joe Monroe has been serving as an advocate to fellow veterans post injury. He is a living example that life is not over and loves the Lord. Joe is easily recognized inspiring others with his image among many other successful Veterans on

the wall entering the spinal cord injury unit at James A. He uses hard work, outworking most the men around him all the time, and entrepreneurship as a vessel. You will also find Joe in the community, as a loyal Bucs fan from day one at every game, skydiving, playing chess, fishing for snook and exploring other passions. The results of his efforts and presence bring Hope, strength, and unity in the lives of Veterans, their families, and in the community. Always Able was founded to expand Joe Monroe's heart to serve advocating for Veterans and their families. With servant leaders in business and community service partnerships, Always Able will be addressing access to a 24 hour crisis line that will include prayer, healthcare system quality, resource maneuvering, and granting retreats for soldiers with their families.
