Our business meeting will be held at the Lucky Eagle hotel Sky Room at 9am Saturday May 16th

The aim is to keep the meeting to 2 hours, we have the room until 11:30 if we run long and some topics may be tabled as better forum-based discussions

We love to see as many members as possible attending the meeting, historically there is around 2 dozen (out of over 100 active registered members)

Open shooting will not be allowed until the conclusion of the meeting and until such time as at least 1 member of the board is on-site

This is also a reminder that renewing your membership on-site is not efficient, everyone who plans to attend should have their memberships up-to-date well ahead of the shoot

See you all there!

Our spring shoot is less than a month away!

Usually our biggest shoot of the year, Spring is our 3rd shoot but also tends to be our first warm weather shoot and about the last viable chance to get a shoot in (other than Ferndale for Father's Day) that we get before summer and fire season kicks in

Now is a great time to join, with several shoots coming up, group buys in the works, and apparel on the way, we are in full swing for 2026 for America's 250th!
