✨ It’s free to attend and open to all who need a safe, supportive space to share, heal, and connect. Whether you’re a veteran, first responder, or someone who has experienced mental, emotional, or physical trauma—you are not alone.

This Thursday we have our next PTSD Support group meeting Earth, Body, & Soul . Please sign up if you wish to attend. This is for all people suffering any form of PTSD, trauma, or life events where you've been in a fight or flight mode type of situation. If you would like to come and share your experience or learn more about what it means to have PTSD our space is open to you.

We will be returning in October for our next group discussion. We look forward to seeing people there; please come if you would like support involving PTSD or Past Trauma. There's abusive trauma, nature survival trauma, relationship trauma, etc. You do not need to be a war survivor to go to the meeting. It's welcome and open to all walks of life. So if you have suffered from any form of trauma and would like a safe space to discuss it. There are a lot of mixed feelings that come with PTSD, so please, by all means, come for a conversation. We are here to support a community of healing.

PTSD affects many people from all different walks of life; you don't need to be prior military to be affected by it. Statistics still show an alarming rate of su***des reported each year by people who cannot cope with the stressors induced by PTSD. If you or someone you know is suffering from PTSD and has thoughts of committing su***de, please seek professional help or contact the su***de hotline @ # 988.
