For those of you who signed up to help with Back of House activities, we need the following volunteer assignments covered. Please note that these volunteers need to be fingerprinted!

Stage Crew Wrangler - we need two parent helpers for the remaining Saturday rehearsals to help the Stage Crew members with their preparations for the show. This would include supervising painting, assembling props, etc.
Stage Manager Parent - we need two parents to help DURING the shows to make sure the kids are in the right spot and have the right props on stage. Parents interested in this should plan to be at all of the tech week rehearsals along with the shows.
Boys Dressing Room Parent - Help with the Boys Dressing Room during Dress Rehearsals and the Shows
Girls Dressing Room Parent - Help with the Girls Dressing Room during Dress Rehearsals and the Shows

Saturday Snacks: You’ll notice on the calendar that Saturday rehearsals have been extended to 4pm. Students will need to plan to bring a lunch with them but we’re also asking for donations of fruit, chips and chewy bars (or similar) for their afternoon break.

Tech Week Meals: During Tech Week the kids are at school longer due to run-throughs. We’re asking for one parent to take the lead for each of the days that week. The parent will coordinate a meal for roughly 40 people. Meals should be teen friendly and must come from established food vendors. Previous meals have included Chick-fil-a, Pizza, Pasta from Three Brothers, etc. The coordinator will arrange for meal pick up and delivery to the school. We will be collecting a small fee to help cover the cost of meals once we’ve determined how much meals will run. Last year the fee ran around $30 per student for the week. If this is an issue, please reach out to Mr. Kleffman and arrangements can be made. Additionally we need helpers to serve the meals each day.

Show Night Jobs: During each of the performances, we need parent volunteers to help with Concessions, Merchandise Table, Ticket Sales and the Will Call table.

Speaking of ticket sales, you should see them go live on the OSP page later this week. Tickets will also be sold at the door.

We’re so grateful for all our parent volunteers and look forward to a wonderful show!

Headshots will be taken on Tuesday at rehearsal. If your student will be absent, we will take their headshots the next rehearsal.
