🎓✨ Congratulations to our shining star, Brianna Olivia Young! 🎉

The Orlando Chapter of Jack and Jill of America is bursting with pride as we celebrate this remarkable young woman! A proud senior at Apopka High School, Brianna has embodied excellence in everything she touches — from the volleyball court to the classroom to her community.

A dedicated member of the Beta Club and Charmettes of Orlando, Brianna has shown up for her community time and time again through volunteering with youth groups across the Orlando area. Her heart for service is only matched by her drive for greatness.

This fall, Brianna heads to Florida Atlantic University to pursue her passion for the medical field — and we have no doubt she will change lives. Guided by faith, hard work, and determination, the sky is just the beginning! 🏐💙🩺

Meet Giorgio Daniel Mahon, proud son of the Honorable Janet James Mahon and Gordon Mahon, and a shining graduate of the Orlando Chapter of Jack and Jill of America. As Editor on the Teen Executive Board, Giorgio has demonstrated leadership and a commitment to his community. A senior at Windermere High School, he has balanced academics, Chess Club, and his passions for art and writing with remarkable grace. This talented young visionary is headed to SCAD to pursue a career at the intersection of art and game design — where he will bring diverse digital worlds to life. The future is bright, Giorgio. 🎓✨ Senior Spotlight: Thalia Paris! ✨🎓

Congratulations to our very own Thalia Paris, a proud senior at Montverde Academy in Montverde, Florida, and a five-year member of our Jack and Jill Orlando Chapter family! Thalia is the beloved daughter of Maya and Charles Paris, and from the moment she joined our chapter, she has shown up with excellence, heart, and purpose.

Thalia’s list of accomplishments speaks for itself. She has been a dedicated member of the Pom Squad, bringing energy and spirit to every performance. As a member of the Vocal Music Conservatory — where she has spent an incredible seven years honing her craft — she has shown a deep commitment to the arts that is truly inspiring. And if that wasn’t enough, Thalia also serves at Lake County Teen Court as both a teen prosecutor AND defense attorney, demonstrating a passion for justice and advocacy far beyond her years.

Within our chapter, Thalia has served with distinction as Editor, Correspondence Secretary, and currently as our Teen Chaplain — a role that reflects her spiritual grounding, her leadership, and her dedication to our Jack and Jill family.

On May 16th, Thalia Paris walks across the stage at Montverde Academy, closing one incredible chapter and stepping boldly into the next. She will be heading to LSU to pursue a fast-track law program, and we have no doubt she will take Baton Rouge by storm! 🐯

Thalia, you have grown into an extraordinary young woman — talented, driven, compassionate, and unstoppable. Our Orlando Chapter could not be more proud of everything you have accomplished and everything that lies ahead for you. The world better get ready! 🤎

🎓✨ Congratulations to our very own Makayla Mitchell!

Makayla is a graduating Senior at Windermere Preparatory School in Windermere, FL, and the proud daughter of Rick and Kimberly Mitchell. As a 7-year member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., she has embodied everything our organization stands for — service, leadership, and excellence.

Makayla has dedicated herself to community service with a heart for youth in transitional living, while also excelling in AAU Volleyball, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Black Student Union, ASL Club, and school sports. Beyond the classroom, she has built real-world entrepreneurial experience in building and design renovation across Orlando and Southwest Florida.
This fall, Makayla takes her talents to Louisiana State University! 🐯
