Irwin FFA had an incredible time at State FFA Convention this week!

On Wednesday, Kel Daniels competed in the Jr. Prepared Public Speaking event. Thursday was filled with inspiration as we enjoyed the opening session and heard from an outstanding keynote speaker.

Friday was a big day for our chapter as Kyndal Walker received her State FFA Degree, and Gene Reeves was awarded the Growing America’s Farmer Post Secondary Scholarship. We wrapped up the day with a fun trip to Rigbys Park.

On the final day of convention, we celebrated even more success! Kyndal was named the state winner in the Proficiency Area of Small Animal Production and Care, and Gene was recognized for his service on the GA FFA Foundation Ambassador Team.

We are so proud of our members and all they accomplished this week!
