Dear Tomorrow, & prAna present Patchwork Playground!

This one is a personal favorite! Heritage styles meet fresh takes on everyday favorites at this hands-on upcycling experience.

Receive your perfect fall denim set and let our series of craft stations take you on a journey of customizing your fit to feel exactly like you.

We will have Vinyl spinning from Dear Tomorrow, resident Specialty Coffee Roaster + Studio • Oceanside Custom Patch bar by Kornelija (korn-eel-eeyuh) Hand mending and sewing station by June Lagoon & a community quilt created by MADI

Make sure you can attend and be on time before you RSVP.

Slots are limited and the event is totally free!! It sells out quickly so if you missed this always keep an eye out for future community collaborations and events :)

Dear Tomorrow, bridges the gap between saying you’re going to try new things and actually trying them. We’ve got the classes, the crafts, and the kind of creative hobbies that make you feel alive.

For beginners, experts, and everyone in between, this is San Diego’s most welcoming, joy filled community space :)

Get ready for Alpenglow! Foster The Earth annual fundraiser that helps this volunteer run organization bring young adults from the foster care system on multiday backpacking expeditions.

Every year they walk for 7 days in the woods without service and everything they need to survive is held inside their backpack.

We figured what better way to keep this org going than dancing, seeing amazing art, watching an inspiring film, and winning amazing prizes from local businesses, artists, and supporting companies.

Food, drinks, Djs, live band, art, experiences, free Vuori swag bag for first 100 guests, and must we go on! It will be an October evening to remember.

Tickets can be a tax write off if purchased at the link in our bio.

Rhythm turned Dear Tomorrow‘s old historic home into an immersive gallery of surfboards by A&H Vessels with collaborative art and films. One lucky viewer even left the night with a free custom surfboard order by Ashton. Eternal Wave kept the crowd moshing and moving as the cooler of 805 B**r and Fussie Wines slowly became lighter and lighter.

We spent most our night having fun and dancing but here are some snaps we were able to catch at the moments in between.

Who’s missing our Welcome Home Dinner Series?

We’ve been reminiscing about the night Mesa Agricola came through Dear Tomorrow, and it feels especially sweet now that they’ve been named one of the New York Times’ 50 best restaurants in the country.

There’s something really special about these dinners. You sit down at our big slabs of redwood with people you might not know, and by the end of the night you’ve usually learned someone’s story. It’s a different kind of special way to make a new friend.

And honestly, it’s incredible watching these chefs make it all work here. We have a large homemade fire table and an art studio turned kitchen, and somehow they turn that little setup into a place where really beautiful food comes together. Getting to watch the process up close, seeing them make and serve everything first hand, makes the whole dinner feel a little more personal.

We miss these nights. The long tables, the conversations with strangers, & watching people make something they so clearly care deeply about right in front of you.

Hopefully we’ll be back around the table again soon.

It seems like Summer isn’t going anywhere & neither are we.

We’re not mad at things slowing down a little bit around here. Focusing on making a great environment to meet new people and learn new parts of yourself through creation.

Come make a paper lamp to help you finally chip at that reading list, make your new favorite piece of jewelry, or come celebrate with dancing and prizes while supporting others to get outdoors.
