Our store volunteers carefully inspect all donated items, including testing all electronics, to ensure we only offer good-quality, gently-used items on our shelves. We receive donations 7 days a week; there are new selections every shopping day! Whether you are stocking your new home or need a replacement item, the Camp Pendleton Thrift Store is the most inexpensive place to shop. Donations:
The generosity of donors has helped make the Camp Pendleton Thrift Store the #1 Thrift Shop in the NMCRS system. Our pride in this designation stems from the huge benefit that the thousands of Camp Pendleton service personnel we serve experience through our financial and educational programs. And, we share this pride with our donors because we couldn’t do it without your help! Our shoppers return frequently to find fresh merchandise that is of high quality because of you. As a program of a 501(c)(3) charity, we offer receipts for tax deductions. Please see a Thrift Shop Volunteer for the form.

In preparation of PCS season, we appreciate all donations, but please adhere to the flyer below regarding acceptable /unacceptable donations. Our donation hours are Monday-Friday 0900-1300.

Please be aware of weather conditions, any items that are dropped off outside of normal donation hours are subject to sit out until next business day and are at risk of being exposed to the natural elements which could result in the item no longer being eligible for sale.

When donating, please review the list of what we can and cannot accept. That list is available in a post that has been pinned to this page and will be reshared. The list is also posted at the donation area of the Thrift Shop as well.

For those of you who are new to shopping for baby items at the Thrift Shop, each bag typically holds 6-8 outfits. The bags are separated by gender and size, which ranges from newborn to 24 months.

What began as a desire to support our military families for Esmeralda Savatt grew into a deep commitment to a mission grounded in compassion, dignity, and community.
