Something exciting is launching ✨

We are proud to be part of the launch of Empowered Women Networking — an intentional networking community designed to bring together incredible women in business for authentic connection, collaboration, support, and growth.

In a world full of surface level networking, we’re creating something more meaningful. A space where women can genuinely connect, build relationships, support one another, and grow together professionally and personally.

Currently all business categories are open, but future membership will be limited to one member per industry, so if this speaks to you, I encourage you to join us early 💫

Congratulations to our Founder/President 🎉

We are delighted to warmly welcome Rasheeda Parr as our new Director of Cheer and Dance! Rasheeda, a proud resident of Oceanside, CA, is an El Camino High School alum and a graduate of Cal State San Marcos. Her dedication to the community shines through her efforts, including founding a 501(c)(3) organization that supports local residents in Oceanside and beyond. We’re truly excited to have Rasheeda lead this vital area of entertainment for arena football. Additionally, she will be creating and overseeing community educational clinics for and , bringing her passion and expertise to this role.
