We are often those strong people in everyone’s lives. It’s okay if we need help and ask for support as well. That only shows that what we do as Therapist and Counselors is very affective. Take care of yourself and make sure we have someone to lean on just as much as others lean on us!

If you have been fortunate enough to have a strong friend by your side in good and bad, you know that these people are real warriors. They do not show off their vulnerability much but offer endless advice and support instead. They are heroes, always checking in on their friends to ensure they are ok...
