Do you have a daughter who will be a junior in high school this next year? Girls State is a learning-by-doing program that helps students understand democracy and public service while building confidence and teamwork Each year this program is offered to junior high school girls throughout the United States. By participating, they can win college scholarships and even earn a trip to Washington DC. Unit 42 participated in the annual orientation of the girls attending from the coast.
