What’s Up MS Gulf Coast!

I spotted the Do Portugal Circus setting up today at The Great Lawn at Harrah’s, and I have to admit… I never went to the circus as a child because it honestly scared me. 😂🎪

Now that I’m an adult, I’m curious to see what all the excitement is about and experience it for myself.

The Do Portugal Circus will be at The Great Lawn at Harrah’s June 18–21, and opening night has a 2-for-1 General Admission ticket special.

We’re planning to go! Have you ever been to a circus as an adult? Is it still as magical as everyone says?

What’s Up MS Gulf Coast! 👏

We spent Sunday brunch at One Thirty One Lameuse and let’s just say… come hungry 😍

We started with 6 Bacon Gouda Oysters and they were rich, savory, and absolutely delicious 🦪✨

For my entrée, I went with the Breakfast Burger — an 8 oz beef patty smothered in bacon and gouda, dressed with garlic aioli and tomatoes, then topped with a fried egg on Texas toast 🍔🍳 I swapped the fries for the Gouda Parm Grits and have zero regrets.

My husband ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and this ain’t your average chicken sandwich 🔥 It’s a fried chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños, tossed in hot honey, topped with a thick slice of gouda cheese, and dressed with spicy aioli, lettuce, and tomato. He swapped his fries for Gouda Parm Grits too… and then ordered an extra side because they were that good 😂

Everything was rich, hearty, and packed with flavor. And those Gouda Parm Grits? Absolutely divine.
