Our hearts are broken. Tobin we will miss you.

We are deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of one of our own, sophomore Tobin Parrett. Tobin, a four-year member of The Blue-Grey Pride Band, was known for his funny and outgoing personality.

His BGP family will certainly miss him, and extends their thoughts and prayers to his family and those close to him.

OSSD offers its deepest condolences to Tobin's entire family, bandmates and teachers, and all of those who were close to him during this difficult time. OSSD asks that the community honor his family's request for privacy at this time.

Please keep the entire Blue-Grey Pride family in your thoughts.

Congratulations Sam!!

Congratulations to Sam Sempier, a junior at Ocean Springs High School. Sam was selected through an application process and chosen by a panel of staff members to represent OSHS in the Cooperative University program, sponsored by Singing River Electric Company.

Sam will attend the first session on November 10. We are proud of you, Sam, and look forward to seeing all that you learn and accomplish through this opportunity!

Because we have been given the AMAZING opportunity to travel to Madrid Spain as part of the Blue-Grey Pride Band, auditions for the 2027-2028 Varsity Dance Team will have to happen very early this year. If you are interested in auditioning please see the informational flyer about the mandatory audition meeting. (Dance candidate MUST attend) information about the auditions/audition process will be shared at this meeting.
