Please stop upsetting Mr. Stop Sign by ignoring him! We had numerous traffic stops for blatantly NOT stopping at this sign tonight. Multiple citations were issued. We will be back!

Just got your license? Congrats! Behind the wheel, your choices matter. One mistake can change everything. During Teen Driver Safety Week, and every week, choose safety.

In 2024, distracted driving killed 3,208 people nationwide. Take action to protect yourself and others:
- If you need to call/send a text, pull over and park your car in a safe location first
- Designate your passenger as your 'designated texter' to respond to calls or messages
- Do not scroll through apps while driving

Remind your friends and family — no texting or scrolling while driving so we can all get where we're going safely.

Pedestrians = ROAD USERS.

October is Pedestrian Safety Month. On average, 100 pedestrians are killed each year in . Pedestrian safety is an issue that affects everyone in Maryland, as everyone is a pedestrian in some capacity at one point or another.

Drivers - stay alert, put the phone away, and stop for pedestrians. Maryland law requires motorists to stop for pedestrians in crosswalks and intersections.

Pedestrians - Stay visible, use crosswalks, and look both ways before stepping off the curb.

Together, we can work to make Maryland safer.
